2. Service Description

SharpSkill SAS offers an online platform allowing developers to learn their stack in depth and prepare for technical interviews, through:

• • interview cheatsheet,
• • flashcards,
• • updated technical tests by technology,
• • targeted interview simulators.

Content is accessible online via a personal account after payment.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars ($), tax included where applicable.

The site offers:

• • a monthly subscription ($9/month) giving access to all content,
• • an annual subscription ($69/year) offering a 36% discount.

SharpSkill SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are secured and managed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Accepted payment methods are: bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other options available on the payment page.

Payment is due in full at the time of order.

No banking data is stored on our servers.

5. Service Delivery

Access to content is immediate after payment validation. The user receives a confirmation email and can log into their personal space to access purchased resources.

No physical shipment is made.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content accessible immediately after payment, if the customer has expressly waived this right.

By validating their purchase, the user agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.

7. Subscription and Cancellation

In the case of a subscription:

• • Renewal is automatic each period (monthly or annual).
• • The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account.
• • Any period started remains due.

No refund will be made for a subscription cancelled during the period. For packs (including Lifetime Pack), no refund is possible after payment validation in accordance with the right of withdrawal (article 6).

8. Liability

SharpSkill SAS makes every effort to provide reliable, updated and relevant content for technical interview preparation.

However, SharpSkill SAS cannot guarantee obtaining a specific contract, mission or professional result following use of the service.

SharpSkill SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as:

• • loss of professional opportunity
• • misuse or misinterpretation of content
• • temporary service interruption for maintenance or technical reasons
• • failure of a third-party provider (hosting, payment)

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, we favor an amicable resolution. You can contact us at contact@sharpskill.dev for any complaint.

In the absence of an amicable solution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of SharpSkill SAS's registered office or the consumer's place of residence, at the consumer's choice.

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
