## 1. Local scope ใน Eloquent คืออะไร?

Local scope ช่วยให้กำหนดเงื่อนไขการ query ที่นำกลับมาใช้ซ้ำได้ภายใน model โดยประกาศด้วยคำนำหน้า scope และเรียกใช้โดยไม่ต้องใส่คำนำหน้านั้น แนวทางนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความอ่านง่ายของโค้ดและป้องกันการซ้ำซ้อนของลอจิกการกรองทั่วทั้งแอปพลิเคชัน
