## 1. Pod ใน Kubernetes คืออะไร?

**คำตอบ**

Pod คือหน่วยที่เล็กที่สุดที่สามารถ deploy ได้ใน Kubernetes โดยจะ encapsulate container หนึ่งหรือมากกว่าที่แชร์ network namespace, พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูล และ IP address เดียวกัน Container ภายใน Pod เดียวกันสามารถสื่อสารผ่าน localhost และแชร์ lifecycle เดียวกัน ในกรณีส่วนใหญ่ Pod จะมี container หลักเพียงหนึ่งตัว แต่สามารถเพิ่ม sidecar container สำหรับฟีเจอร์เช่น logging หรือ monitoring ได้

## 2. องค์ประกอบหลักสองอย่างของ control plane ใน Kubernetes คืออะไร?

**คำตอบ**

Control plane ของ Kubernetes ประกอบด้วย API Server (kube-apiserver) ที่เปิดเผย Kubernetes API และทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดเข้าสำหรับการดำเนินการทั้งหมด และ etcd ซึ่งเป็นฐานข้อมูล key-value แบบกระจายที่เก็บสถานะของ cluster องค์ประกอบอื่นๆ ได้แก่ scheduler (kube-scheduler) ที่กำหนด Pod ให้กับ node และ controller manager (kube-controller-manager) ที่รัน control loop API Server เป็นองค์ประกอบหลักที่องค์ประกอบอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดสื่อสารด้วย

kubelet เป็น agent ที่รันบน worker node แต่ละตัวของ cluster มีหน้าที่จัดการ Pod บน node ของตน โดยจะตรวจสอบ Pod specification ที่ถูกกำหนดโดย API Server, เริ่มและหยุด container ผ่าน container runtime, ตรวจสอบสถานะสุขภาพผ่าน probe (liveness, readiness) และรายงานสถานะไปยัง control plane kubelet จะตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า container ที่กำหนดใน PodSpecs ทำงานอยู่และอยู่ในสภาพดี
