## 1. KPI (Key Performance Indicator) คืออะไร?

**คำตอบ**

KPI คือตัวชี้วัดผลการดำเนินงานหลักที่วัดความก้าวหน้าไปสู่เป้าหมายทางธุรกิจที่เฉพาะเจาะจง ต่างจากเมตริกทั่วไป KPI เชื่อมโยงโดยตรงกับเป้าหมายเชิงกลยุทธ์และช่วยให้สามารถตัดสินใจได้ ตัวอย่างเช่น อัตราการแปลงเป็น KPI สำหรับทีม e-commerce เนื่องจากสะท้อนถึงผลการดำเนินงานทางธุรกิจโดยตรง
