## 1. BigQuery คืออะไร?

**คำตอบ**

BigQuery คือ data warehouse แบบ fully managed และ serverless ของ Google Cloud Platform ที่ให้คุณรันคำสั่ง SQL เชิงวิเคราะห์บนข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่มาก (เพตะไบต์) โดยไม่ต้องจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน สถาปัตยกรรมแยก storage และ compute ออกจากกัน ทำให้สามารถสเกลแต่ละส่วนแยกกันได้ตามความต้องการ

## 2. ลักษณะสำคัญของสถาปัตยกรรม BigQuery คืออะไร?

**คำตอบ**

BigQuery สร้างบนสถาปัตยกรรมที่แยก storage (Colossus) และ compute (Dremel) ออกจากกัน การแยกนี้ช่วยให้สามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลปริมาณมหาศาลด้วยต้นทุนต่ำ พร้อมจัดสรรพลัง compute ที่จำเป็นแบบไดนามิกเฉพาะเมื่อรันคำสั่งเท่านั้น จึงไม่ต้องจัดเตรียมและบำรุงรักษา cluster แบบคงที่

**คำตอบ**

Dataset ใน BigQuery คือ container เชิงตรรกะที่จัดกลุ่มตาราง view และฟังก์ชัน มีบทบาทคล้ายกับ schema ในฐานข้อมูลแบบดั้งเดิม แต่ละ dataset เชื่อมโยงกับโปรเจกต์ Google Cloud และมีการตั้งค่าตำแหน่งทางภูมิศาสตร์และการควบคุมการเข้าถึงเป็นของตัวเอง
