SRE에서 SLI(Service Level Indicator)란 무엇인가요? **답변** SLI(Service Level Indicator)는 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스 수준의 특정 측면을 측정하는 정량적 지표입니다. 일반적인 SLI에는 가용성(uptime), latency(응답 시간), error rate, throughput 등이 있습니다. 이러한 지표는 monitoring 시스템에 의해 객관적으로 측정되며 SLO를 정의하는 기반이 됩니다. 예를 들어 가용성 SLI는 전체 요청 대비 성공한 HTTP 요청(2xx 코드)의 비율이 될 수 있습니다. ## 2. SLO와 SLA의 주요 차이점은 무엇인가요? **답변** SLO(Service Level Objective)는 SRE 활동을 안내하기 위해 팀이 정의하는 내부 서비스 수준 목표이며 법적 결과가 없습니다. SLA(Service Level Agreement)는 목표가 충족되지 않을 경우의 결과(환불, 페널티)를 포함하는 고객과의 공식 계약입니다. SLO는 일반적으로 안전 버퍼를 만들고 SLA 위반을 피하기 위해 SLA보다 더 엄격하게 설정됩니다. 예를 들어 SLA 99.5%에 대해 SLO 99.9%는 여유 마진을 제공합니다. ## 3.
