## 1. Laravel の Gate とは何ですか？

**回答**

Gate は、ユーザーが特定のアクションを実行する権限を持っているかどうかを判定するシンプルな closure です。Gate は AuthServiceProvider で定義され、認可ロジックを簡潔に一元化できます。特定のモデルに紐づかない単発のチェックに特に適しています。

## 2. Laravel の Policy とは何ですか？

**回答**

Policy は、特定の Eloquent モデルやリソースに関する認可ロジックを整理するクラスです。そのモデルに関連するすべての認可メソッド（viewAny、view、create、update、delete）を 1 つのファイルにまとめることで、認可コードの整理性と保守性を高めます。

## 3. AuthServiceProvider で Gate を定義するにはどうすればよいですか？

**回答**

Gate は AuthServiceProvider の boot メソッド内で、Gate ファサードの define メソッドを使って定義します。このメソッドは 2 つの引数を取ります。gate 名と、認証済みユーザーを受け取り、そのアクションが認可されているかを示す真偽値を返す closure です。
