## 1. URLSession.shared とカスタム URLSession インスタンスの主な違いは何ですか？

**回答**

URLSession.shared はデフォルト設定を持つグローバルなシングルトンで、シンプルなリクエストに最適です。カスタムインスタンスは、特定のニーズに合わせて動作（timeout、caching、delegate）を設定できます。カスタムインスタンスを使うと、キャッシュポリシー、SSL 証明書、リダイレクトをきめ細かく制御できます。

## 2. URLRequest クラスの主な役割は何ですか？

**回答**

URLRequest は HTTP リクエストのパラメータをカプセル化します。URL、HTTP メソッド（GET、POST など）、カスタム header、timeout、リクエストボディ、キャッシュポリシーなどです。URLSession に渡す前に、リクエストの送信方法を正確に設定できます。

## 3. URLRequest で GET ではなく HTTP POST メソッドを使うのはどんなときですか？

**回答**

機密データ（パスワード、token）、大量のデータ、サーバーの状態を変更する操作を送信する場合は POST を使います。GET は副作用なしでデータを取得するのに適しています。POST はデータをリクエストボディにカプセル化するため、より安全でサイズ制限がありません。
